CLDP provides commercial law technical assistance to governments and private sectors of developing and transitional countries in support of their economic development goals. A results-oriented organization determined to provide visible value to its stakeholders, CLDP creates content and course-style material to support lawmakers, legal professionals, and educators. Moving that content to a web-based learning platform (e-learning) would broaden the impact of CLDP’s services.
Rock Creek was hired to build a technology platform to help CLDP consultants and staff manage and post web content easily. Our platform allows CLDP and its subcontractors to create e-learning modules whenever they like; a content management system (CMS) allows publishing of pre-event announcements and post-event success stories. Rock Creek’s solution includes helpful and simple technology, proven design approaches, and training. The result is a manageable site presence that extends CLDP’s reach worldwide. Rock Creek also provided CLDP with a customer relationship management (CRM) solution that will advance the program’s strategic and tactical priorities by developing a values-based level of true stakeholder engagement.
