The director of client services will manage the client services team, consisting of project/account managers and special projects as well as work with Rock Creek directors to lead growth and development of the company. An ideal candidate will have extensive client and team management experience, a strong understanding and familiarity of the communications/design/technology space, experience with federal contracting, and the qualifications and experience to be a leader in our growing team.
Marketing Strategist
Rock Creek Strategic Marketing, a leading branding, strategy, and communications firm in Chevy Chase, MD, is seeking a full-time on-site marketing strategist. Rock Creek’s strategists manage client strategic initiatives from research to concept development to program implementation. They create and deliver strategic outreach plans and messaging platforms and implement tactics that align to these plans, including but not limited to traditional media relations, print and online marketing, social media community building, web content creation, and event-based marketing. This specific opening requires a candidate who has a breadth of familiarity with program research and evaluation and who can translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Project/Account Manager
The Project Manager (PM) oversees client relationships and project execution according to tight deadlines and within scope and budget. Rock Creek PMs represent the firm’s brand by being the client’s key point of contact and advocate throughout the project lifecycle. Rock Creek PMs work on high-profile and highly visible projects, working collaboratively with clients as well as creative and technical team members to ensure the highest quality services are provided. PMs serve as motivational team members to ensure internal and external needs are met and project success is achieved.
User Experience (UX) Designer
Rock Creek Strategic Marketing, a branding and communications firm in Chevy Chase, MD, is seeking a full-time user experience (UX) designer. The UX designer will work with Rock Creek’s information architects, content strategists, technologists, and other UX experts to create clean page layouts and intuitive interfaces that lead to extraordinary user experiences. The UX designer will develop both strategies and tactics for projects including websites, intranets, mobile applications, and social media. An ideal candidate will be skilled at translating creative ideas into strategic solutions and have a passion for learning new skills and technologies.
Information Architect
Rock Creek Strategic Marketing, a branding and communications firm in Chevy Chase, MD, is seeking a full-time information architect. You will work closely with our clients as well as our creative, technical, and strategy departments to architect structure, data interactions, and outline requirements and specifications for Drupal-based web projects. An ideal candidate will be taking the lead on our most complex technical IA projects and comprehensively creating the structure of the site pages, content, and data interactions and working closely with developers and technologists to define the specifications for implementation. The information architect will capture client requirements, evaluate stakeholder needs and wants, and incorporate that feedback into site structure and design. This position requires a deep understanding of web and systems architecture coupled with interactive creativity.
